Guidance · Admissions · Settling in

Your U.S. study project, built with purpose.

We help students and families understand their options, make informed decisions and prepare every stage through departure.

01

Our role

An important decision needs a clear framework

Turn an ambition into a realistic U.S. study plan.

Studying in the United States is more than an application. Academic goals, English level, budget, deadlines, admissions, visa and arrival all need to work together.

Westward Campus brings these questions into one clear support journey, adapted to the student and their family.

Admission, scholarship and visa decisions remain exclusively with the relevant schools and authorities.

02

Two routes, the same standard

Your choice of university stays at the centre.

We explain the support model and how it is funded before any work begins.

ROUTE BTailored project

You are targeting a university outside our network.

Your project can still move forward through a tailored service paid directly by the student or family.

Experience grounded in real life

We also understand the family side of the project.

Westward Campus grew from a real family journey: a father guiding his French son through study plans and settling in the United States.

That experience does not replace institutions. It helps us ask better questions, anticipate friction and make every stage easier to understand.

Essential questions

What to know before you start.

When should the process begin?+

Ideally several months before the intended intake. The exact timeline depends on the institution, application and required formalities.

Is support always free?+

No. An active partnership may fund the service. Outside the network, a tailored paid service can be offered directly to the student or family. Terms are always explained first.

Can you help with a university I already chose?+

Yes. If it is outside our partner network, we assess the need and may offer tailored support.

Do you guarantee admission or a visa?+

No. Universities decide admissions and U.S. authorities decide visas. We structure, prepare and track the project.
